Our Promise
30-day Repair Warranty
Every repair we do is backed by a warranty on the parts we install and the work we perform. Here is what it covers, what it does not, and how to make a claim.
Last updated: October 17, 2026
At QuickFixAZ, we stand behind our repairs. If something goes wrong with a part we installed or with our work, we want to know about it and make it right. This page explains how our 30-day warranty works.
The short version:
- 30 days of coverage, starting on the day you pick up your repaired device.
- Covers defects in the parts we installed and our workmanship on that repair.
- If something fails, we will fix it at no charge, or refund the repair cost if we cannot.
- Does not cover new accidental damage, liquid damage, or problems unrelated to the original repair.
1. What the Warranty Covers
Our warranty lasts 30 days from the date you pick up your device after the repair. It covers defects in the replacement parts we installed and in our workmanship for that specific repair. For example, if we replaced your screen and the touch stops responding without any new damage, that is covered.
2. What We Will Do
If a covered problem appears during the warranty period, we will:
- Repair the problem or replace the defective part at no charge, or
- Refund what you paid for that repair if we are unable to fix it
3. What Is Not Covered
The warranty does not cover:
- New accidental damage, such as drops, cracks, bends or pressure damage after the repair
- Liquid damage that happens after the repair
- Third-party repairs or tampering, including damage caused when anyone other than QuickFixAZ opens the device
- Software issues, including problems caused by operating system updates, apps, settings or data loss
- Unrelated problems with parts or functions that were not part of the original repair
- Normal battery wear. Batteries naturally lose capacity with use and time. A replacement battery is covered for defects during the warranty period, but normal wear beyond that period is not covered.
- Cosmetic wear, such as scratches, scuffs or marks from everyday use
4. Devices With Prior Liquid Damage
Liquid damage is unpredictable. Even after a device is cleaned and repaired, corrosion can continue and cause new problems over time. For this reason, repairs on devices that already had liquid damage carry limited or no warranty coverage. We will always tell you before the repair if your device shows signs of liquid damage and explain what coverage, if any, applies, so you can decide whether to go ahead.
5. How to Make a Warranty Claim
- Bring your device to our shop at 4230 W McDowell Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85009 along with your receipt or repair reference, or contact us first to tell us what is happening.
- We will inspect the device to confirm the problem is related to the original repair and covered by this warranty.
- If it is covered, we will repair or replace the part at no charge, or refund the repair cost if we cannot fix it.
If the problem turns out not to be covered, we will explain why and give you a quote for any repair you may want. Nothing is done without your approval.
6. Transfers and Warranty Seals
The warranty applies only to the customer who paid for the repair and cannot be transferred to another person, including if the device is sold or given away. The warranty is void if the warranty seal or the repaired part has been tampered with, removed or damaged.
7. Other Terms
This warranty is part of our Terms of Service, which also explain our policies on parts, data backups and pre-existing damage. It does not limit any rights you have under applicable law.
