FAQ

PS5 Repair questions

Have a different question? Call or message us — we're happy to help.

Why does my PS5 have no video on the TV?
The most common cause is a damaged HDMI port, often from the cable being pulled or the console being moved while plugged in. We check the console to confirm the cause and replace the port if needed.
How long does a PS5 HDMI port replacement take?
HDMI port replacements are usually completed the same day when the part is in stock. Board-level power repairs can take a few days, and we will give you a time estimate with your quote.
Will I lose my games and saved data?
HDMI, fan and disc drive repairs do not erase your console storage. We still recommend backing up your saves to the cloud or a USB drive before any repair.
Can you fix DualSense controller stick drift?
Yes. We repair stick drift, sticky or dead buttons and triggers, and charging port problems on DualSense and DualSense Edge controllers.
Is my PS5 repair covered by a warranty?
Yes. Every repair is covered by our 30-day warranty on parts and workmanship. New damage, such as a yanked HDMI cable or a drop, is not covered.
